KM-148, 1973 El Salvador 3 centavos, London (UK) mint; nickel-brass, plain  edge; unusual denomination, some toning on obverse and a carbon spot, see high resolution scans to estimate condition yourself and pictures for the overall look and feel.

Returns are accepted if I send you the wrong item. Always bid on the item that is pictured, description sometimes gets copied from the other coins when I list. My grading or descriptive addition to the grading of the coin condition is subjective and disagreeing with it cannot be the reason for return.
